Size Exchange is accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.                   

                                               Non-Returnable Items

As a made-to-order brand, each piece is handcrafted based on your specific requirements. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns. Additionally, any order placed with partial payment is non-refundable.

Customized or personalized products.

Sale or clearance items. Products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.

                                 Process

Contact us at care@mammaplz.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item.

Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
